NOTABLE OPERATIONS
Operations across the globe work hand-in-hand to make sure Galar stays within its glory days.
They are as follows:

The Pokémon League Association: The Pokémon League Association is the governor of all Pokémon Leagues worldwide. The PLA are the ones who unite in making all the decisions regarding the League (such as recruiting new Gym Leaders, deciding when to open more gyms, deciding the dates of the League Cup, etc.) as the overseers and rule makers. Although originally debuting in Kanto, bases of operation have slowly migrated to Galar as the founders work on making this region the vocal point of battling.

The Pokémon Coordinator Confederation: The Pokémon Coordinator Confederation is in charge of operating all Pokémon Contests internationally from booking contest halls to disputing event tickets. With the base of operations running in Hoenn, branches have sectored into every other region with the new addition of Coordinator Scouts and Teachers searching for hidden talent.

The Pokémon Research Administration: The Pokémon Research Administration is a global organisation that works closely with the Pokémon Professors of each region. The PRA also oversee the Junior Pokeémon Researcher programme and are the overall judges of whether or not an aspiring Trainer qualifies or not. They are also in charge of disputing research facilities, field study opportunities, machinery and research rewards alike.
The Pink Cross: The Pink Cross is an organisation that was established centuries ago in order to globally protect and care for the health and well-being of all Pokémon alike. Being a government funded operation has allowed The Pink Cross to expand over the years by bringing in establishments in every town and city worldwide that is accessible to any and all Trainers with injured or ill Pokémon, which are known as Pokémon Centers (or sometimes, "Pokécenter") in this day and age. Pokémon Centers are strictly run by Nurse Joy and their health assistants (typically seen to be Healer Pokémon such as Chansey, Bliss, Audino, Comfey, etc.) where they work through day-to-day activities to ensure the safety of both Pokémon and their Trainers by offering free health care, food and bedding to all.

The International Police: The International Police is a law enforcement agency that exists all around the world. Their main goal is to track down and reduce the number of major criminals globally, as well as interfering with terrorist events. Their main base of operation is in the Unova region, though there are many freelance detectives situated worldwide.
Macro Cosmos: Located in Wyndon City, Macro Cosmos is a region-wide organisation based in Galar in order to retain its energy supervision, work on the power of Dynamaxing, and see over all of Galar's money and businesses. Macro Cosmos is currently owned by Chairman Oleana, and has recently reinstated the glory back to its name after Rose's ordeal.

NOTABLE TRAINER CLASSES
Due to the nature of these organisations, a rise in several in the number of Trainer Classes have grown
They are as follows:

Pokémon Trainer: The title "Pokémon Trainer" is given to those who primarily focus on raising a team of Pokémon to participate in Pokémon Battles. Typically, people given this name have the goal of taking on the Gym Challenges, but with the expansion of career fields opening up more possibilities, this title has now become a broad outline and serves for miscellaneous usage for the following:
- ➥ Gym Challenger: Statistically the most popular type of Trainer, a Gym Challenger's role is to travel the region and raise a team of Pokémon in order to battle against the Gym Leaders. Challengers must collect all 8 gym badges in order to qualify for the Pokémon League Cup, in which they gather in Wyndon Stadium for a grand tournament of the Top 32. These rounds continue until a Top 16 have been picked out, which then moves them into the finals round. Trainers within this round must compete against one another until there is one remaining victor who is awarded the winner of the Pokémon League Cup with the trophy and an opportunity to battle the Champion of the Galar, Leon, for his title.
- ➥ Monotype Trainers: Monotype Trainers (otherwise known as "Type Experts") are commonly seen throughout every region as Gym Leaders and their prodigies. These Trainers specialise in using Pokémon exclusively with the same typing in order to become known as "Type Experts". Many of them try out for the Gym Challenge in hopes of one day making a name for themselves.

Pokémon Coordinator: Pokémon Coordinators are a type of Trainer that compete in competitions across the region that are known as Pokémon Contests. Coordinators enter to show off their Pokémon's abilities to the fullest in hopes of winning 3 contest ribbons that will qualify them for the Grand Festival. Similar to the Pokémon League, the Grand Festival is a popular tournament that hosts the Top 32 passing Coordinators. The rounds continue until the Top 16 pass to the finals round, where they battle for victory in hopes of earning the title "Top Coordinator".
- ➥ Contest Idol: Ever since Lisia became the worlds most notorious Coordinator worldwide, Pokémon Contests changed drastically with popularity as thousands of other Coordinators wanted to be just like her. Because of this, the Pokémon Coordinator Confederation worked to take contests to the next level by adding the title "Contest Idol" to the mix, where members of the organisation would scout for outstanding Coordinators they believed had potential to be the next big thing. Contest Idols are trained to outdo themselves with every performance by implementing dance routines, costumes and even stage names to increase their popularity, and so forth.

Pokémon Researcher: A Pokémon Researcher is a type of Trainer who studies to learn about (or sometimes even further) the subject of Pokémon, and are usually known to be Scientists or Professors. Typically only choosing one field of study, Researchers work towards answering the vast questions we have regarding Pokémon and the world around us, with many Researchers going on to writing philosophies, winning awards and even unmasking the truth..
- ➥ Junior Pokémon Researcher: Junior Pokémon Researchers are a new type of Trainer class that aspire to become future Professors, Archaeologists, Scientists and Researchers alike. Created by the Pokémon Research Administration, the JPR programme was set up for Trainers with a desire to learn more about Pokémon to become the prodigy of a Professor who will serve as their instructor. The Junior Researcher will choose a subject of study they wish to focus on (such as Pokémon evolution, Pokémon environment, Legendary Pokémon, etc.) and will then be sent out onto the field in order to form data and studies on said subject of their choosing. The Trainer is obligated to send field reports back to their mentor every so often to track their progress and potential of passing, and once their studies are up, they will be overall graded with the chance of becoming the Professors official Assistant Professor.

Pokémon Doctors and Nurses: Pokémon Nurses are found within ever Pokémon Center worldwide, where they will assist in raising a Pokémon's health back to full again for passing Trainers; meaning their job makes them more stationary and on call. Meanwhile, a Pokémon Doctors role is to play a more heavy duty in making sure Pokémon are cured from broken bones, illnesses and diseases (e.g. Pokévirus), and can typically be found in large cities or travelling solo. Pokémon Doctors and Nurses work directly under The Pink Cross (+); a government funded organisation that has been in place for centuries to fully aid all injured Pokémon. To become a Pokémon Doctor or Nurse, Trainers must pass their studies within nursing school, which can typically take up to 7 years in total.

Pokémon Athlete: A Pokémon Athlete is a Trainer who competes in Pokéathlons and races that challenge only the most fittest Pokémon and Trainers, with their main focus being on making it to the Pokélympics. Pokéathlons can be found in most large cities (most commonly in stadiums between Gym Battles) where Pokémon Athletes will compete against one and other in a series of intense sports.

Pokémon Chef: A Pokémon Chef is a Trainer with a fond passion for cooking (mainly for Pokémon) who wish to display their work for all to see. Although there isn't much of a competitive side outside of small festivals (e.g. Poképuff baking contests) where chefs can present their work in front of judges to gather feedback, several Contest Idols have boasted about improving their Pokémon's strength and appearance via the use of Poképuffs and Pokéblocks, which has recently given the cooking community a doorway to expand business and become recognised.

Pokémon Stylist: Pokémon Stylists ("Pokéstylist for short) are a type of Trainer class that work to make a name for themselves by creating a range of outfits and accessories for Trainers and Pokémon alike. In recent times, the Coordinator Confederation has began seeking Pokémon Stylists to work closely with Pokémon Coordinators and Idols alike in order to make unique costumes for each theme, which has brought on some competition within the business.

Pokémon Ranger: A Pokémon Ranger is an individual who seeks to protect both wildlife and wild Pokémon, as their biggest concerns are with keeping the environment safe, and making sure travellers do not get injured or lost when walking through the wilderness, and making sure justice is seen. Pokémon Rangers are notably seen in a red-styled uniform that differs between every region; though every Ranger is seen carrying a Capture Styler.

Pokémon Breeder: Pokémon Breeders are a type of Trainer who specialises in the breeding of Pokémon. Ranging from doing tasks on farms, to working in and/or running daycares, to trying to immaculate a Pokémon with a certain ability and movepool, Breeders often travel in order to gain experience learning about all different types of species. They are a more non-battling type of Trainer; though it is common for them to train their Pokémon to further their breeding skills.
