From the Ground up

Iliya is a confident and driven trainer, doing all he can to move up in the world by any means. He is loyal to those who are loyal back and will protect his Pokemon with his life. 

Socialising with others is complicated. He can be on the awkward side or things or be very blunt in his observations which often makes his look like an ass. He always has good intentions even if they aren't obvious.

Iliya was always in his brother's shadow and often his parents would give their praise to him with all his successes, no matter how big or small and it drove Iliya to the point he hates his brother.   

Craving his parents recognition, Iliya decided to leave his home of Kalos and take on the one thing that is so big that his family would have to praise him for, the Galar League. 

With his trusty Pokemon Piplup, the two set off to give it their all. Its go big or not go home.
