Rory giggled in response to Bebe and his name for Weedle. "That is a good name! Weedle does look like he has a crown on too!"

She turned and raised an eyebrow at the strange new man who begun analyzing her Hoppip and talking to himself. However, that wasn't the strangest thing about him, the man had an eyepatch on! She bit her tongue trying to resist the urge to ask him how it happened. As he introduced himself she couldn't help but think that this wouldn't be as bad to escape since they'd familiarized themselves somewhat. Still, she continued resisting the urge to ask.

Rory smiled in response to his kind offer. "That would be great! We were going to head to the Pokémon HQ which shouldn't be too hard, but after that it'd be really helpful!"

Aurora looked back down to Togepi and Hoppip with a smile. She pulled out two Poké Balls and held them out to the two Pokémon. "So, what do you cuties say? Wanna come with me on my journey?"

Togepi and Hoppip looked at one another as if confirming their decisions before nodding and tapping the Poké Balls in-sync. They were both absorbed into the balls that fell onto Rory's lap and shook in unison.

Two...

Three...

Click!

The light stopped glowing as they clicked shut and Rory hopped off the couch wielding them in each hand. She raised them up to the ceiling and shouted with a grin. "I did it! I got my first Pokémon!" Her eyes quickly shifted to Bebe and she smiled at him. "You're right! That was exciting! It makes me want to go out and catch even more Pokémon to add to my flock right now!" Almost instantly she spun and sprinted for the doors of the Poké Center, skidding to a stop as the doors open and the sound of a torrential downpour followed by the roar of thunder boomed through the building. She immediately turned and ran back over to take a seat on the couch. "Well, I guess not right now. Hehe..." she chuckled embarrassingly, rubbing the back of her neck with the base of her palm.

"Guess I should give you guys names, huh?" she added quickly, trying to shift the conversation from her previously excited behavior. Aurora lowered her hands to her lap and looked to each Poké Ball, staring in deep concentration for a good minute as she contemplated what to call them. Finally, she looked first at Hoppip's Poké Ball and then to Togepi's.

"You basically fell from the trees... so I'll call you... Cherry! And you're what got me excited to go on this journey in the first place, so I'll call you... Hope!" She nodded in agreement with her decision before looking back up and smiling at her new friends.

Bebe squealed with anticipation whilst watching Aurora successfully capture two new Pokémon! "Hell yeah - you did it, Rory!" He exclaimed with a grin.

Bebe's attention turned to the helpful Sinnohan boy who was more than kind enough to offer the trio a grand tour of the city; the gesture made Bebe smile. "Man, you'd really do that for us? That would be soooo helpful! We'd love that!" He beamed as he ran his fingers through his hair. For a brief moment, Bebe's sluggish eyes shifted towards the rain that was bouncing aggressively against the window, which only proved Rory's point that they would all need rest if they were to have an exciting day tomorrow, so he turned his attention back to his friends with a nod.

"Hey, you know what? Let's catch some Z's for tonight, and tomorrow.. we'll be able to venture the big city, meet a ton of new Pokémon and create a lot of great memories!" He cheered through his tired demeanour and laughed at himself; though at this point, the trio had already began to head up.

"Huh? Oh, I'm coming, I'm coming!" He laughed at Rory as he chased after them to head into the dormitories, to which Bebe would inevitably crash after the long day he had from travelling and running. 

For tomorrow, big adventures await!
